Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Parfums de Marly purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer care team via our online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box, ensuring the product is well-protected and the RMA form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
